The Whale Rider
Illustration done for an art challenge and also for a personal project
The scene take place in Paris during the flood of 1910. A large part of the city is flooded with more than 16 meters of water and dangerous monsters where hidden in the deeps. The survivors organize themselves as they can, some have even re-opened old cafes using the second floor of the buildings.
